1.1 Overview of Services

Nexco.ai provides:

• An AI-powered platform to build detailed professional profiles that can be shared with headhunters and other third parties
• A feature for AI-powered conversation to support you in tracking achievements and making timely updates
• A secure document vault to store, query, or share career-related documents (e.g., payslips, contracts, CVs, references, and psychometric results)
• An AI assistant to help with professional development, such as CV creation, interview preparation, or salary negotiations

1.2 Eligibility

To use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• Provide accurate, truthful, and lawful information

1.3 User Obligations

You agree to:

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Ensure that all information shared is accurate and does not violate third-party rights
• Use the platform lawfully and not misuse it (e.g., by uploading malicious content or attempting unauthorised access)

1.4 Ownership and Licensing

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of your data and uploaded documents
• Licence: You grant Nexco.ai a non-exclusive, revocable licence to process, display, and otherwise use your data for the purposes outlined in this document and our Privacy Policy, including for the training and improvement of our AI models

1.5 Document Vault and Data Sharing

• Default Privacy: All uploaded information is private by default
• User Control: Sharing information with headhunters or other third parties requires initial, upfront consent
• Revocation: You can revoke shared access at any time via the user dashboard. However, once documents or other content have been shared with headhunters or other third parties, Nexco.ai cannot ensure that such content will be retrieved, deleted, or removed from any external systems

1.6 AI Assistant

The AI assistant supports professional development such as:

• Simulating mock interviews
• Offering salary negotiation tips
• Providing CV and personal profile recommendations

Disclaimer:

• The AI assistant provides career-related recommendations but does not constitute legal, financial, or career advice. Users should consult professionals before making career decisions
• Nexco.ai is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

1.7 Platform Use Disclaimer

Nexco.ai is not an employment agency. Nexco.ai provides a platform for professional networking, career development, and AI-driven insights. In addition to facilitating connections and data-sharing between users and approved third parties, we may offer algorithmic matching features to help align candidate profiles with potential job opportunities. However, we do not participate in, influence, or guarantee hiring decisions, job placements, or any professional engagements that may arise from interactions on our platform, and any algorithmic matching is provided solely for informational purposes. Users engage with third parties at their own discretion and responsibility.

1.8 Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.

1.9 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexco.ai, its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.

3.1 Contractual Relationship

• Nexco.ai provides a platform for professional networking and career development but is not responsible for employment outcomes or interactions between users and headhunters
• Nexco.ai does not verify the accuracy of user-provided data and disclaims liability for incorrect or misleading information entered by users

3.2 Liability Limitation

Nexco.ai is not liable for:

• Job placements, hiring decisions, or career outcomes
• AI-generated errors
• Conduct or professionalism of headhunters or employers
• Accuracy of user-provided data
• Platform outages or data loss
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure)

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

3.3 User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Ensure all uploaded information is accurate and not misleading
• Not upload defamatory, unlawful, or discriminatory content
• Comply with all applicable laws and not use the platform for harassment or illegal activities

4.1 Platform IP

Nexco.ai retains ownership of all platform software, branding, and proprietary AI technology.

4.2 User Content

• Users retain ownership of their profile data, including CVs and achievements
• AI-generated content (such as CVs, summaries, and interview responses) is licensed to the user for personal use. Nexco.ai does not claim ownership of AI-generated content but reserves the right to store, anonymise, and analyse such content to improve AI functionality and Nexco.ai services
